Studio K designs was founded in 2008 by Kate Fallon, owner & principal designer, who has been practicing design for the past 30 years.

 

Prior to establishing Studio K designs, Kate worked in a few design firms in the DC area doing model home merchandising, interior architecture, space planning, facility management and furniture sales .

 

Our approach is flexible and responsive. We work both with clients who have a strong vision and those who are less sure, guiding them through the design process helping to formulate their own style as we go.

 

Kate graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor in Science of Interior design and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)

 

Originally from all over the US (Bronx NY, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, West Virginia) she now lives in Arlington with her husband, 2 kids and fuzzy pup.

 

On the weekends you can find her hiking in the woods, hanging at the beach or traveling to new destinations. Kate has the creativity, knowledge & solutions to tackle any design project and our designs are consistently rated as "best of" throughout Arlington.
